Happy Mardi Gras

Hey Loves,
WEll you guys experienced what I didn't experience until I was about 26..........MARDI GRAS NEW ORLEAN'S STYLE!!!!! On Thursday before Mardi Gras, we went with Paw Paw to New Orleans.........Brody..........you so loved it and Brin you slept through two parades:)))).........We had a blast...on the Sunday, we went to the LaPlace parade and had a good time.............Mardi Gras Day we just chilled at home and barbqued and played outside........I think though in the future we will be parading........Brody loves Mardi GRas:))))

Monster Jam

Well Brody, we took you to your first MOnster Jam............YOu had a BLAST.........you kept asking to go back..........we went before and took lots of pics with all the monster trucks......you and Eli had a great time:))))) Can't wait to go again!!!!

Hey love bugs,

WE had a great New Year's! WE had a nice time at our house on New Year's Eve! I was a lil worried since Brody had strep the day before, but he was okay!!! We had many people come over for the excitement! YOu were a little worried about the fireworks, but you ended up enjoyiong watching them all!!!!!!! Brin, you fell asleep early, but woke up right in time for the big midnight celebration!!!! YOu both thought it was party time and stayed awake untile about 2:00 AM:((( But we had a nice night......On New Year's day we celebrated with Mee Maw and Pee Paw and then with Mee Mee and Paw Paw..........well MeeMee had a rough night, so she slept a good bit of the day:)..........but all in all a great way to ring in 2012:))

Christmas Time!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great Christmas!!!! Brody, you were so excited with all your gifts and Brinley ....you didn't really; know what was going on! Santa brought you both a swing set!!! Brody, you got a cabin from Maw Maw and Paw Paw to share with Brin and you got a bike from Mee Mee and Paw Paw......You love your bike and all your gifts..YOu were so excited to go to bed for Santa to pass!!! When you woke up, you were looking for Santa......you were a bit confused!!!!!!! But then when you saw he ate your cookies you were soooooo excited!!!!!!!! Can't wait for next year:)
